LES TROIS JOURS DE CASTELIERS is back for a 7th edition, March 8 to 11, 2012
The 7th edition of the international festival LES TROIS JOURS DE CASTELIERS is a cutting edge offering of contemporary creative puppet theater for family and adult audiences alike.
Eleven shows – six for family audiences and five for adults – will highlight various puppeteering techniques. The festival also proposes free parallel activities such as an exhibition, an installation, short pieces, creative workshops, a roundtable and animated film projections.
Actor, Stage Director, Teacher and puppet aficionado Carl Béchard is spokesperson for this 7th edition of Les Trois Jours de Casteliers. Organized in collaboration with the Théâtre Outremont, shows and parallel activities will be held in four venues: Théâtre Outremont, neighbouring Paul-Gérin-Lajoie school, the Oboro Center and at Aux Écuries.
Active on both national and international scenes, Casteliers is recognized as a leading cultural partner of the borough of Outremont.
