By welcoming artists from all over the world, we honour this tradition in a spirit of friendship, respect, and reconciliation with our Indigenous brothers and sisters, whose deep connection with nature and all that makes it what it is, we admire.res. En accueillant des artistes du monde entier, nous honorons cette tradition dans un esprit d\u2019amiti\u00e9, de respect et de r\u00e9conciliation avec nos fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs autochtones, dont nous admirons le lien profond avec la nature et tout ce qui la compose.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>Accessibility<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We are working to make the puppetry arts accessible to all, to deepen cultural participation and to serve the diverse needs of our audiences. Our commitment is reflected in a number of ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Physical access: universal access to the MIAM<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusion initiatives: activities tailored to different age groups, abilities, or specific needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Financial access: many free activities, and inclusive ticket prices for the Festival international de Casteliers<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><b>A supportive work environment<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Casteliers is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful work environment where the health, safety, and dignity of every individual is a priority.
