In the early 1950s, a handful of solitary hunters are scattered across the north-eastern coast of Greenland. Harsh weather and the absence of any human contact severely test their limits. Confinement, solitude, rationing… It’s not always easy to keep a cool head. One thing, however, unites these happy adventurers: a deep sense of well-being amid the natural majesty of such vast expanses of snow and ice. Racontars arctiques (Arctic Tales) is a veritable breath of fresh air for the soul, where comedy rhymes with poetry. Immerse yourself in the wilderness of the north and in the improbable tales of these unshakeable comrades!

La ruée vers l’or is a collective of artists brought together by two long-time friends: Alexandre Harvey, composer and multi-instrumentalist, and Anne Lalancette, a theatre, television and film puppeteer. They share a distinctive sense of humour and are very much inspired by the world of comics and genre cinema. La ruée vers l’or specializes in creating tabletop puppet shows for teen and adult audiences that feature live music and sound effects. The collective’s performances are rhythmic and are characterized by a communicative enthusiasm, a great aesthetic sensibility, and a genuine synergy with the audience.
