A show without words
On a table set up especially for this purpose, an extensive railway is built as the audience watches, captivated by the story of a dog that decides to overcome his fear of the unknown and find the one he loves. He sets off by train and, all along his great railway adventure, makes many new canine friends who will help him in his quest.
Presented without words, this charming show is for toddlers, train aficionados and dog lovers! Four puppeteers handle a host of rod puppets with humour and dexterity. They also play percussion instruments and work the railroad switches, to the great delight of an audience beguiled by the adventures of their travelling hero.
Running time: 40 minutes
Technique: rod puppets
This show will also be presented at the Bridges Festival in Mississauga. This tour has received support from the Canada Council for the Arts.
