Company

A visual theatre company, Théâtre Incliné’s artistic creations, driven by poetic images, present a fragmented space where matter, body, light, sound and music are the constituents of a vast canvas. Each new project is rooted in a specific territory that has inspired the inquiring minds of the company’s founders, José Babin and Alain Lavallée. Théâtre Incliné works in collaboration with artists from other cultures, through coproductions with companies from France, Italy, Japan, Norway and the Gaspé (Québec).

Théâtre de la Petite Marée’s mandate is to create, produce and present, both in the town of Bonaventure and on tour, profound and playful pieces that speak to all types of audiences. The company explores theatrical formats from buffoonery to puppetry, and draws upon its many inspirations to tell stories that dazzle, startle and move audiences.
