Workshop for children 3 to 5 years
Number of participants: 9 children, accompanied by a parent
As part of the 15th edition of Festival de Casteliers, puppeteer Karine St-Arnaud, choreographer Irène Galesso, and musician Sabrina Lindsay-Tremblay invite toddlers (3 to 5 years) and their parents to meet ME (Marionette of Emotions), a little puppet with strong emotions!
The ME project was developed jointly by Casteliers, the Académie de danse d’Outremont and Pantonal, as part of the Table Petite Enfance Outremont (TPEO), with financial support from Avenir d’enfants. ME was created to help toddlers better recognize and manage their emotions. Three disciplines are involved: puppetry, dance and music.
The puppet was designed and built by Claude Rodrigue, assisted by Karine St-Arnaud.
RUNNING TIME: 60 minutes
