Cultural mediation activity for all
10 years +
Part of the Café-causerie: Budding creations! event, presented in front of an audience and livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.
In a casual setting, four creative teams present their work-in-progress and answer questions from the public eager to learn more about the various stages involved in the development of a puppet show.
L’amour te reviendra
L’amour te reviendra is a puppet theatre show without words, accompanied by music. When we meet Béa, a tiny little girl living alone in an old kettle in the middle of the forest, she is searching for new friends among the creatures that surround her. Her world is turned upside down when she discovers an egg in a chickadee’s nest and decides to steal it, hoping that in doing so, friendship will be born.
Techniques: bunraku and rod puppets
Audience: families with children aged 4 to 6 years

Company
Some of the artists working on L’amour te reviendra have previously worked together on other projects but, for the most part, we are a collective of artists coming together for the first time to create this show for young audiences.
